When it helps
- A new EU customer
- You apply 0% VAT (intra‑EU supply/services)
- You want a quick sanity check before sending
If there’s a mismatch
- Recheck the country code and spacing.
- Ask for the legal company name as registered.
- Record what you checked and when.
